Our History Our Vision

Serving our Community since 1952, The Coogee Beach Progress Association (CBPA) aims to safeguard the history and interests of residents within the Cockburn coast suburbs. We endeavour to promote actions that will result in the beauty, attractiveness and safety of the community.

We aim to achieve a high level of harmonious community, convenience and amenity, whilst conserving and influencing a balance between sustainable development and the natural and human environment. Through the consultation and collaboration with the City of Cockburn, State and Federal Governments, we aim to make the Cockburn Coast suburbs of Coogee, North Coogee, Spearwood, Lake Coogee and Henderson, the best place in Cockburn and Australia to live, work and play.
